Advieh Chicken Kebabs

  • Low Carb

Transport yourself to the passageways of a Persian bazaar and you’ll be greeted by the sights and smells of kababs grilling over a charcoal fire. Though they can be found in many variations, including ground beef and lamb, grilled chicken kababs are one of the most common. Known as joojeh kababs in Iran, these skewers of marinated and grilled chicken are often served over freshly cooked rice or warm lavash bread alongside charred vegetables.

Our grilled chicken kababs are seasoned with Advieh – a traditional seasoning blend used in authentic Persian cooking. While the specific combination of spices varies from region to region, the Curious Spoon Advieh Spice Blend combines clove, cinnamon, cardamom, and rose petal to bring the rich and aromatic flavors of the bazaar to your table.
