Beef Bulgogi & Vegetables
- Low Carb
Bring the traditional flavors of Korean barbecue to life with the Beef Bulgogi & Vegetables. “Bulgogi” roughly translates to “fired meat” in English. It’s a centuries-old Korean traditional dish featuring thinly sliced meat, generally beef, that is marinated and then cooked. The meat’s complex marinade is a rich combination of ingredients that balances five essential flavors: salty, sweet, spicy, sour, and bitter.
Our Bulgogi recipe features Curious Spoon’s Beef Bulgogi & Vegetables Sheet Pan Starter, a delicious combination of rich soy sauce, bright ginger, and sweet miso that creates an authentic taste of Korean cuisine. This low-carb and nutritious dish makes for a mouthwatering lunch or dinner that the whole family will love. For a more filling delicious meal, serve the beef and veggies with kimchi fried rice or other popular Korean side dishes.
