  • 8 Lamb Chops, 3-4 oz. each
  • 2 tbsp. Curious Spoon French Mustard & Herb Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. Vegetable Oil, divided
  • 1/4 cup dried Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh Thyme, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. fresh Rosemary, minced

When at the store to purchase your lamb chops, try searching for lamb that is light red in color with white fat. Ask the butcher to point you in the right direction if you have any trouble.

    Prep all ingredients.

    Remove lamb chops from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to cooking, keeping covered, until it reaches room temperature.

    Combine Curious Spoon French Mustard & Herb Blend with 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in small bowl, stirring until smooth. Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, thyme, and rosemary in a separate wide shallow bowl.

    Pat lamb chops until dry, then coat with French Mustard & Herb Blend mixture. Roll lamb chops in bread crumb mixture until well-coated, tapping off any excess.

    Heat 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Place lamb chops in pan, and cook about 2 to 3 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove lamb chops from the pan and let rest before serving.
