Garam Masala Sweet Potato Wedges with Spicy Ketchup Dip
- Vegetarian
Elevate your average fries and ketchup snack by adding a classic taste of Indian cuisine with our Garam Masala Sweet Potato Wedges with Spicy Ketchup Dip. Garam masala is a significant spice blend found in nearly all curry dishes. In addition to India, garam masala is also used throughout Pakistan and Iran, however, it’s not nearly as prevalent. In fact, it’s such a meaningful part of Indian cuisine that it’s often considered a rite of passage for young cooks to blend their own garam masala mixes.
Our garam masala sweet potato wedges and spicy ketchup recipe features the Garam Masala Spice Blend, a combination of a variety of blended spices like cinnamon, coriander, cumin, cloves, and ground black pepper that delivers a bold, warm, and sharp flavor. This easy-to-make vegetarian dish is the perfect snack to share with friends and family or a delicious appetizer to pair with a grilled meat main course dish.
